Tuesday March 2nd at 12 p.m., the soprano Íris Björk Gunnarsdóttir will perform at Hafnarborg’s next Midday Concert alongside Antonía Hevesi, pianist and artistic director of the concert series. At the concert, Íris will be replacing Þóra Einarsdóttir who unfortunately had to cancel her perforomance in short notice will perform arias by Mozart, Puccini, Verdi and Bizet.
We are able to allow a limited number of guests to attend the concert in accordance with new COVID-19 guidelines. Guests who are interested in attending are asked to book their tickets via telephone at (354) 585 5790 during the museum’s opening hours. Use of masks is required during the concert, as well as keeping a one-meter distance from other guests. The concert will, however, be streamed live both on Facebook and here on the museum’s website for more people to enjoy.
The livestream will start at 12 p.m., lasting for approximately half an hour, but a recording will also be available for viewing online, once the concert has ended.
