Tuesday October 5th at 12 p.m., Kolbeinn Jón Ketilsson, tenor, will perform at the next Midday Concert at Hafnarborg this winter, alongside Antonía Hevesi, pianist and artistic director of the concert series. Kolbeinn was originally meant to be a part of the programme of the concert series last October, but as he is currently living in Norway, his involvement was impossible at the time for obvious reasons. At this concert, entitled Love and Happiness, Kolbeinn will sing songs by composers Lehár, Salvatore Cardillo, Ernesto de Curtis and Árni Thorsteinsson.
The concert starts promptly at 12 p.m., lasting for approximately half an hour. Entry is free, but seating is limited due to current restrictions on public gatherings. Guests must then register for seats, providing information of their name, phone number and identification number. For this reason, we ask guests to reserve seats via telephone at 585 5790 during opening hours of the museum. Masks are mandatory.
