Saturday December 6th, Hafnarborg will be filled with both song and cheer, as choirs from Hafnarfjörður will come together to sing Christmas songs at the beginning of the holiday season. This year, Hafnarborg will host Syngjandi jól for the twenty-seventh time, in a concert presented in collaboration with the Town of Hafnarfjörður, the Christmas Village and Hafnarborg.

The doors will open at 9:30 a.m. and the programme is as follows:

10:00 a.m. Leikskólinn Tjarnarás
10:30 a.m. Leikskólinn Bjarkalundur
11:00 a.m. Leikskólinn Stekkjarás
11:30 a.m. Leikskólinn Smáralundur

The event will be hosted by Óli Gunnar Gunnarsson.

Please note that the museum’s exhibitions will be closed during the concert, but will reopen as normal at 1 p.m.
