Friday November 14th at 6 p.m., Scott McLemore’s Multiverse, a quartet led by the drummer, will perform at the next Afternoon concert at Hafnarborg. Their newly released album, Onward, centers on optimism for the future – something the world is sorely in need of today.
While the lineup of Multiverse has evolved over time, the music has always been rooted in the idea of doing more with less, with a minimalist approach at heart. The compositions are a lyrical blend of American and Nordic influences, where the musicians find a shared flow and expression that captivates listeners in a unique way.
In addition to McLemore on drums, the quartet features Hilmar Jensson on guitar, Andrés Þór on guitar and Nicolas Moreaux on bass.
The concert lasts for approximately one hour and admission is free.
